Mr. Cheetham's permission to act as Agent for Messrs. Sanders Rehders and Company and to appoint Messrs. Reiss and Company as Agents for the Texas Oil Company. The difficulty is that if Messrs. Sanders Rehders contested such action by appointing some other Firm to act as their gente here, a successful prosecution of such Agents under section 6 of Ordinance No. 28 of 1914 as amended

by section 9 of Ordinace No. 30 of 1914 would be problematical.
